Scientists have again presented interesting findings in the world of health and nutrition. A recent study revealed that certain eating patterns have the potential to help the body burn fat more effectively, even without the need for additional exercise.

Research led by obesity experts Philip Ruppert and Jan-Wilhelm Kornfeld from the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (BMB) focuses on reducing two types of amino acids in food, namely methionine And cysteine.

In experiments conducted on mice, researchers controlled levels methionine And cysteine in food for seven days. The results were quite surprising.
